Aim: The regeneration of small periodontal defects has been considered an important divide and challenging issue for dental practitioners. aim this preliminary in vitro study was to analyze the effects polycaprolactone (PCL) nanofibers enriched with hyaluronic acid vitamin E vs. nude on gingival fibroblasts activity, innovative graft soft tissue purposes. Methods: Nanofibers were produced PCL (NF) or (NFE) by electrospinning technique.
